I called Jeep My Rubi ... is on D status ... waiting for all the parts. I understand because I worked for Boeing and know about assembly lines and parts status ... I ordered everything except the heat package didn't think I need that in San Antonio . This was my first Jeep outside my Hooch

My JLUR was unloaded in Palm Center an hour from my house!!! Woo Hoo!!! Thank you @JAY and @JLWF Dealer Guy !!!

Maybe I will get the call tomorrow!!!

Trust me the shot was the tracer a few times .... lol... but being you and dumb we all said" Don't worry about the bullet with you name on it ... worry about the one with to whom it may concern" lol Its all good that was 50 yrs ago for me. This will probably be my last Jeep ... so I am making it my best for me and my service dog Rocco

Was just told in jeep chat that all materials needed to start the build process have been received and it should be entering the build process very soon.

so....what are we talking timeframe wise...best and worst case (assuming it doesn't fail inspection and have to be reordered).

Jeep chat told me 10-12 weeks to build a new Jeep. Ordered 1/23, in D1 just over 11days. Seemed odd that they tell you they have the parts. Now its a waiting game.

Thanks for helping the Vets... my M/C club does work with the VA hospitals in Pa when I was there. I am 100% and hard to get around now but Rocco keeps me busy for sure. I ordered my Jeep because my 17 had so many problems so I got the employee pricing so its suppose to get priority but you know how that goes ... R

Just had a very concerning conversation with Jeep Chat tonight. I’ve been in “I” for 24 days and checking Jeep Chat daily for status changes. Today they told me that my order is no longer associated with my name. It’s not being shown as a sold order. Still has my dealer attached to it, but nothing else. I’m going to reach out to my dealer first thing in the AM. Has anyone else encountered a similar situation?

As a side note, the Jeep chat person said premium soft tops are on backorder until 3/12.

Same happened to me....there is so much activity on this thread I’m sure the post is buried by now. Wish there was a thread for people waiting on orders/problems and then another order for those after they got it or having those random convos.

So, I ordered Nov 29th. Went into “I” mid January. After 30 days I finally started flipping out, turned out my order didn’t pass inspection and they reassigned my order a new vehicle. I got a new order date and a new VIN. That vehicle has been in “I” for awhile now too. One more week will be three full months since I ordered. If I’m stuck in “I” still with my second vehicle, and they can’t tell me why, then I might have to bounce and get the deposit back.

If u sign all paperwork and loan stuff then it's "yours" and should give it to you. Only thing that could cross my mind is that they broke something doing a test drive and maybe something was missing.

I know somebody that works at a Mercedes dealership that talks about how some of the employees there will take new cars out for a test drive (going well over 100mph during break in period) before the owners can make it in. For that reason, and many others, I made my dealership put in writing the vehicle will not leave the lot once it arrives. Maybe hard to enforce but at least they know I’m anal and aware. Ha

If you are already paying for it but they aren’t letting you take possession, they are doing something shady and technically/legally owe you recourse.

I’ve been in “I” 5 weeks - give or take (first order failed inspection and I was assigned a new vehicle that matched my order sheet already in “I” status by that has been in I since early Feb too).
