If the customer is the dealer and not me then why the hell would they provide me with a means of contacting them. Also my dealer won't tell me anything and seems annoyed that I have the audacity to ask. Mine has been in the shipping stage for over 6 weeks now while others built after it shipped to the same dealer and others in the area. Still no ETA or any information from Jeep or the dealer.Just remember, their customer is the dealer, not you. So make sure to contact your dealer and have them try to get the answers, although it probably won't matter.
