Sort of. I placed order 10/5/20 and started chatting with customer care every couple of weeks in December. Then they assigned a case number and I get updates every two weeks. Frankly the updates are pretty worthless, they don't have access to the build status code so it's basically just a placebo effect (we care, really we do, but we can't tell you anything since we don't know anything). I expect to get a call from my dealer that it's arrived before I get an email from FCA telling me it's in paint
