Customer care said they would contact me Monday or Tuesday with the resolution. Hopefully everything is ok and the order goes through. Then I just have the couple months wait lol.
My status was updated today to BX- Good Order Available for scheduling. Hoping yours is good to go as well. Let us know.

No, three months apart and two different dealers. I donā€™t think that would matter. With the error of conflicting options, the day I ordered, I was probably one of the very first to select that option so the dealer didnā€™t actually know. I donā€™t blame dealer I blame the system.

Customer care never got back to me. I contacted them today and they could find no order for me.... The agent called the dealership and they were able to send me a POC with a new status of BX. Not sure why customer care cannot see anything for me.
