Soooo I ordered a 2021 Jeep Wrangler on September 16, 2021. I ordered the new Tuscadero pink. It was built and released for shipping November 6. I was super happy in the fact that I was told 8-10 weeks for delivery and it was right on schedule. Come the end of December I still didn't have the Jeep....so I have been bugging my dealer and nothing. 2022 arrives and now its the end of January still no Jeep. Dealer finally calls me and says they finally got an answer from Jeep it had been damaged during transport but they had no ETA for it. Its now the middle of February and I still don't have an ETA. Its been almost 22 weeks :( The dealer says they are hounding Jeep and can't get an answer either. Has anyone else had this issue? I read about others taking 15 weeks but I have yet to see one take 22 and still not have an ETA. I am getting pretty frustrated and not sure what to do. I get on jeep chat everyday and they escalate the case but it goes no where.

I really feel for you; sounds like a nightmare!! You may be better off just reordering, but I realize the lack of Tuscadero Pink may be an issue. I think your quandary is a bit unique - you need to find a way to get the situation escalated beyond the normal farts, to someone who matters.

Stay on good terms with your dealer, they are your best resource for shipping information unfortunately. It took a little over 16 weeks from order to delivery for mine, and I thought that was pretty fast considering what others were going through. Sounds like your damage was pretty significant or just involves a part that’s hard to get right now. As of tonight on the Jeep website I still see Tuscadero offered for the 2022 Rubicon, Sahara and Sport. So if you’re at your wits end, ask the dealer to cancel the current order and then order a ā€˜22. If he won’t, then ask to speak to the owner.

The jeep builder is not accurate to what can currently be ordered. Tuscadero hasn't been available to order since the end of december.

Damaged in transit happens, actually more common than a lot of people think. Mostly it goes to a body shop and takes a couple weeks longer to be resent, kind of depends on where the damage happened. In your case, over a month more time indicates that something more serious might have happened. I'm surprised the dealer doesn't know. My dealer must have known who to contact when mine came up damaged in transit because they had answers and mine was only delayed by a week. They extended the warranty for free also.

Damaged during shipping? And they provided no details? Sounds like typical dealership BS. Maybe you know more that you’ve shared but it doesn’t sound legit. I’d walk.
While Tuscadero is no longer in production, there are a lot of them out there, if you don't mind to traveling to buy one.

Dealer claims they don't know what type of damage. Jeep has expressed the vehicle was moved to storage until they get an ETA. Im definitely over it I just wanted my jeep, I put a decent down payment down and had customized it. Its discouraging

Very sorry to hear, that's extremely upsetting. I have a tuscadero on order as well and it has been at the railyard a month with no ETA.. hopefully the same sort of situation is not the case for me.

How
Do you find someone who matters as I’ve been waiting on a Tuscadero 392 ER
