On-road driving difference between anti-spin differential and none

Here is a question. If you disable traction control by hitting the dash switch does it also shut off the bld function?
According to the owner's manual, brake limited differential (BLD) remains active.

"BLD may remain enabled even if TCS and ESC are in a reduced mode"

Wondering about the Rubi/Sahara for mild on road snow driving.

Aside from having to engage Rubicon's PT 4H for on road snow driving, what's the opinion of driving either? Does the Rubicon with 4H engaged feel sure footed, or does the Sahara LSD with PT feel more comfortable.

(Granted I currently have RWD, manual, and can select or totally over ride electronic traction controls. I just use my intelligence and not drive it in weather it can't handle. I'm assuming engaging PT 4H would not be the end of the world since I'm used to RWD in rain/questionable weather.)
