OMG ? /Front Headlights Replaced with LED ???

Been wondering about the fog lights. Do these have to be replaced with a whole new pair of lamps, or can you just replace the bulbs?

I replaced the incandescent fog light bulbs with these 2504 LEDs. While there's no discernable improvement in down-road light projection, the LEDs are brighter, and yellow, which should assist with visibility (toward oncoming traffic) in foggy driving conditions.
