Other than turning off traction control, what does the off-raod+ switch do for a manual transmission Jeep. I know it adjusts shift
points with an automatic transmission, but in a manual, I'm doing the shifting. Does it do anything else?

Probably lets you lock the rear in 4hi.

You'll find a lot of posts on this, but what it comes down to is that Jeep never seems to have made public exactly what it does do. It does say there are two modes for 4hi and 4lo, it removes traction control and stability control in one or both gears, it enables throttle control, I believe it allows 4hi rear locker, it turns on your off-road pages.

It’s Off Road, but wait, there’s more!
For 2021, all Wrangler models now come equipped with a TrailCam forward-facing off-road camera that utilizes the 8.4-inch touchscreen, which can be accessed through the available Off-road Pages. As standard, the Wrangler Rubicon now includes an Off-Road Plus mode that adjusts the throttle, transmission shift points, and traction control for improved off-road capability.

Agreed with the search comments - discussed a lot around here.

In my experience, one of the most important aspects with the manual is that it allows for better control of the throttle. If I'm in deep sand/snow, it'll usually bog down without the "plus" button engaged.
