I recently noticed my EVIC will sometimes not display my selected items in the corner, but show the default instead. I've got the compass on the left corner, and Range to Empty on the right. I can't determine a pattern, but sometimes the temperature will appear on the right corner. When I go to correct it by going to the selection menu in Screen Setup, the menu items will be completely blank.
If I arrow up or down, the menu items will reappear, the correct item will already be selected, and it'll be displayed in the corner as it should be without having to actually change or save anything.
It's certainly not an end of the world thing, but has anyone else had this issue? I don't recall it ever being a thing when I first owned the Jeep, so I'm wondering if one of the software update recalls or my replacement radio somehow did this.
