The new axles aren’t the D44 of the past. They are all new, all beefy and all badass
I know, and I still wouldn’t run anything larger than a 37 on them.

True, but I still wouldn't say you could safely run 40's without trussing and adding C gussets, heck, I am going to do that to run 37's.

started on 35s then 2.5” lift with 35s and now 37s. Stock wheels and 1.5” wheel spacers. Haven’t had a chance to flex it but I’m going to bet it rubs just a little but may not be too bad.
How do the 37’s handle on the highway with the factory rims? Are you getting alot of sway or does it feel the same as before? Wha tire pressure are you running as well?

Not really. Not anything that I’d be worried about. It runs great! I’d even go 40s and not worry about it. Might be a little sluggish on 40s but it’ll still run 80 no prob
Hi Kevin,

Thanks again for all the videos! You saved me a lot of time figuring out my build. My Red JLUR is on it's way here. I hope to run into you someday in CO or Moab. Got a quick question for you....I ordered wheel spacers from Extreme Terrain, but they admitted they have a mistake on their website and they don't have any that fit JL. So sending back. Can you tell me what brand/where from spacers you went with?

Thanks, Tom

Thanks so much Kevin! Now I owe you TWO beers....

I'm following your you tube. There's talk in our group about going to Carnage Canyon this summer, otherwise Moab next Easter. Maybe we'll run into you and I can give you those beers. Thanks and Take care!
Whenever you want to wheel let me know and let’s meet up

I ended up going with the spidertrax 1 3/4 spacers since I could have them overnighted since Extreme Terrain listed some that would work but didn’t. Went with the mopar 2 inch lift. These spacers gives it a nice stance and very happy with them. No need for after market rims. Here she is with 37s STT Pros.

Here's the Sahara with 22x12 and 37's. It has the 2.5 Rough Country lift.

What good year 37 is that ? I have 35 good year MTRs on my JK until i get my JL. And didn't you say that was the Mopar lift ? Did you think about going with 13.50 I am thinking about going with 37 13.50 17 but i have been reading the pros and cons on doing it. it just looks so good with the 37 13.50 17

It’s the rough country lift. You will need to probably do some trimming and adjust steering stops with the 13.5 as well. I’d also look into the weight differences but I do agree. The 13.5 is noticeably beefier.
