I installed a powered sub and it was doing some intermittent weird stuff. I had not grounded the unit chassis to frame ground and read that I should. Before I could... I heard a loud crack and then no audio. Like “true_cascadian” in (https://www.jlwranglerforums.com/forum/threads/no-audio-after-aftermarket-amp-install-error.151143/), The head unit still powers on and responds like normal. Shows music playing but I have no audio. Done hard resets. Verified both fuses for radio and amp, changed sources, all to no effect.
