Ordered the Mopar Beadlocks and when they arrived I plastidipped the rings crimson red:

The photo doesn't show it but they are the exact same color as the Rubicon decal's outline.

Mounted the Toyo 35" tires on the Mopar wheels

Nice! How durable do you think the plastidip will be? I was thinking of having my stock wheel powder coated black.

Those are just the protective rings. I plastidipped them to see if i liked the red.I've used it on wheels before and it holds up pretty well. It's incredibly easy to touch up when you damage it. When the bead lock rings get here, I"lll spray paint them duplicolor red. Powdercoat won't hold up to rock abuse and it's much harder to repair. Rattle can you can easily touch up any time.

I've had Plasti-Dip on my JK's factory wheels for 3 or 4 years, and they clean up nicely and look as good as the day I applied it. My question is whether it would peel off easily after all that time. I suspect it would.

No lift needed with 35's. I've flexed it to the limit of the suspension and it makes no contact anywhere. I'll lift when I eventually decide to go to 37's.
