I've seen a graphic on the forum with model and option allocations. Open, restricted, closed, etc...

My contact at Freeland in Nashville is waiting for the next allocation of a JLUR Rubicon with 3.6 ESS AND an 8 speed auto trans.

Does anyone on here know when that might open up or is that just an internal tool for builds that might or might not help me?

Thanks,

Thanks,
I placed an order for a 3.6/auto/Rubi/2-door with Steel bumpers on October 16. The 3.6/auto and steel bumpers were on restriction at the time. On November 1 I got a message from my dealer, with a VIN #, D1 status, and an estimated ship date. Just place your order if you know what you want. Just understand some things may take longer than others, (Katzkin leather seemed to hold some people up). But if you are looking for "basic" options, I wouldn't wait or worry.

I ordered a 3.6l with auto on Oct 29, didn't show restrictions on that combo. LED lights did though, but still got a VIN and D status yesterday.

I just tried to order today. A unlimited rubicon with 3.6 and 8 speed. Dealer told me cannot order the V6 Rubicon's yet. They only have the manuals and 2.0 4cyl turbos available right now. He doesn't even have the option to build one. Which Kim at Superior was able to build me one. So I'm not sure if this a dealer issue or Jeep ordering issue.

I talked to a salesman in early October that told me the same thing, couldn't do a 3.6/auto/Rubicon. So I left, he called about an hour later saying he could place the order. I ended up placing the order with another dealer and salesperson on 10/16, the 3.6/auto were listed as being on restriction. Last week my dealer sent me a copy of my VIN and projected ship date of 11/25. My salesperson said its possible FCA is only selling "sold" orders (or customer orders) with the 3.6/auto powertrain. So basically, I had two dealers figure out how to place the order, yours should be able to also. Although the salesperson may need to speak to his manager to figure it out.

Yeah he called back and said he had to check it as a sold order. Basically said they could order for their lot yet, only for customer orders.

That sounds wrong since tracking only shows (1) 2019 2.0L having been built and it was actually a May 2018 order, so probably a 2018 order replacement
