As title says, Im looking to order my next jeep. I ordered my first rubicon last november, owned it for about 10 months and sold it because it felt slow. This now got me thinking of ordering a 392. I have been reading that this might be last year of the jeep 392 also, not sure how true that is. I already emailed Daniel at gupton to get a price on one. If anyone in milwaukee area knows a dealer closer that will do deep discount, id prefer not having to drive 8 hours.

I have also been getting a sense that orders are taking longer than they used to? My last jeep took just under 3 months to get. Im hoping I won't have to wait 6 months but it could happen I guess.

I would just bite the bullet and make the 8 hour drive. There’s so many dealers out there waiting to screw you over and Gupton will treat you right. I ordered my Jeep last June and finally picked it up about 3 weeks ago and drove it back to Florida (11 hours). During my wait, Jeep raised their prices. Gupton was fair and price protected me and gave me the deal we originally agreed to even though the window sticker price was higher.

I’ve heard stories on here about other dealers that don’t price protect and they have to pay the increased price. So to me, that 8 hour drive would be worth it because you’ll know exactly what you’re getting price wise. They’re not pushy either so that’s always a plus.
