I would measure from the flange to the top of the bolt and then measure the flange to the end of the bolt, like mentioned above you may be able to get away with reversing the position of the bolt
MORE importantly if you had this installed for you, I would bring it back to them just in case something else is installed wrong. I would ask them to put it on a lift so the suspension can droop and check for parts that may be hitting, don`t be afraid to tell them you want the steering turned full lock left and right while it`s on the ground and in the air

Yep, your shop put that stabilizer to bracket bolt in incorrectly. Should have been put in through the bottom (bolt head at bottom), as per Clayton's instructions.

I'm not surprised. Car did drive like crap once I got on the highway. Would wander and feel floaty. I had this done at a "reputable" shop here in socal. I had to have another shop redo the alignment since I lost trust in them and when I brought up the drivability I got the "we drove it it was fine". I didn't want them to touch anything else at that point. Wish there was a shop here in socal that knows wtf they're doing I'd be willing to pay to have everything looked at once more.

I would imagine that there are a lot of Jeep owners in your area and on this forum that could give you names of reputable shops. Especial since the axle is not even centered and as mentioned the bolt was installed wrong per the instructions.
If you did bring it to another shop for the alignment I would suggest staying away from them also

I would seriously get it checked out before you end up with a problem bigger than just your Jeep

Have you checked to see if the drag link is rubbing against the front bumper skid plate while turning?
