New Rubicon with Rust?

Good Morning Team!
Need pro advice here. Bought a shiny new 24 Rubicon for my wife. The seam on the back panel was loose. Took it in for a warranty touch up. 5 miles on it btw, new new.
removing the back panel to fix the bead and repaint, shop tells me they discovered rust.
Im assuming not normal but I wonder if I should be shrugging or screaming from the roof over a rusty new rubicon.
What say you friend?

Looks fine, I don't see even a single speck of rust anywhere on the back panel.

Congratulations on your new 24 Rubi
I'm sorry to hear this issue. I've never heard that specific issue.
I've heard surface rust forming underneath from Jeeps being parked after leaving factory for delivery.
Did they take you back & show you the issue? Take pics?? Most all shops would or you have the absolute right to inspect
My best advice
document everything, specifically with pictures, buy extended warranty
Hopefully its a minor issue & you can enjoy your new Jeep
