I'm looking at 35/12.5/17 or 315/70/17. But if I go to actual 35 I might want to put mopar lift..lod signature series rock rails etc.its never ending. I did order mopar winch guard today while getting oil change..but don't want added height. Mine is strictly mall crawler. Also I will need to order mopar tailgate reinforcement kit and oversize tire bracket.
Hear you. It is never ending for sure. I ordered that winch guard today too. To safely mount this new wheel & tire on the back is going to cost hundreds. The reinforced & repositioned mount kits are really overpriced, and I’d rather spend way more and get much more functionality like a swing away tire carrier. I actually emailed LOD today about those destroyer rails.. no response. I may do the Mopar lift when it’s released in a couple weeks too. You could also just get a Rough Country kit for 180 bucks...
They are hyper overpriced but don't know any other alternative I like, some just look terrible, I'm picky. I rather spend $ on things that I like even though it's way more, not just about saving money on parts. I had many many many volk racing wheels back in the day...smh. I keep on replacing parts. but it's something I like to do. Buy what you can afford, I guess. Every car parts i buy now I pay with cash and doesn't affect my finances at all. I'll order those 2 parts tomorrow when I pick up winch guard. now deciding which tires lol. I'm kinda weird guy who paid for $70 oil changes even though he told me I got 4 free oil changes. Talk about stupid.
