Video of install and review.

I caught the video, however, I'm curious if you actually spray coated the supplied bolts as well? Thinking you can probably hit them with that clear coat once installed on the jeep.

So my dealership said the factory diffs come with RTV sealant. Obviously this is not correct, or did you get lucky. I have a Sport JL 2019. So is this unique to the JLU? Thanks, great video as always

Long shot, but just picked up a set this past week and didn’t come with bolts. Anyone know the size of bolts that I need to buy?

If you take one bolt out you can take it in to the hardware store and compare it. It will be metric. Maybe M10 (or M8 or M12) coarse thread. Not sure about the length.

Remember that the thicker flange on the covers means you want maybe 5-10mm longer bolts.

Measure the thickness of the OEM and your aftermarket cover and add that difference to the length of the OEM bolt.

How often should one be changing the diff fluid? I thought I saw 100k in the manual when I was looking...
Changed mine after ~1k miles on my new Mopar crate rear axle. Oil was black and there was some metal on a magnet. Front with ~17k miles and ~500 off road miles was nice and clear.
