Need quick advice! P0300 code & Scanner recommendation...

Need some speedy help!


Battery voltage normal now and started without a problem.
Engine immediately running rough w/ blinking CE light.
Code P0300

Any ideas?
Also, what's a decent scanner tool that will give the most information for a reasonable price?
Anything available that will identify misfiring cylinders to give me a better clue?

9V is smoking dead, was something left on, or do you have a bad battery or two? If the engine was running fine before and then this happened, it’s best to assume they are related. Any mice in the neighborhood?
