I dunno I think she's outsmarted the forum. I mean lets be honest, if she detailed the issue she's having a bunch of fanboys would just tell her "that's how it is everywhere" and "you actually expected them to honor the warranty?!" like usual. There's very little we can do to ACTUALLY help anyone with the terrible dealers that we are stuck with other than to tell them "find another dealer". So perhaps she simply realizes this and knows that giving any more detail is a complete waste of her time.

The issue is solved. I got a PM from the OP (look at me sounding like a tech guy). She said that the dealership wouldn't take a check to get her Jeep out of service. We messaged for a while and have a lot in common. I sent her the $27,000 to get her Jeep out. Funny that she wanted it in Bitcoin. But the best news is that SHE'S LEAVING HER HUSBAND TO BE WITH ME! I'm over the moon! We're going to live in her mansion once we're married. I've already closed my IRA and all of my accounts and sent the money to the wedding planner that she recommended. They're an international firm and have offices in Nigeria. Wow!

I got the same one last year. After numerous promises, personal, uhmm risque photos, and selling off all of my baseball cards, pokemon cards, pogs, and comic books, and a few redline Hot Wheels, I am still hopeful. But your princess and mine are probably different. Mine was from a disposed Russian family. I'm being told that it will be anyday now, as the conflict in Ukraine is holding things up. If only I had just one Bitcoin laying around....

Remember, car dealers (except Tesla, and a few other boutique brands) are independently owned franchises. Jeep does not own the dealer, nor do the employees at dealer answer to Jeep.

You remined me that Domino's was 40 minutes late making pizza I was supposed to pick up. "Short staffed" he said, when there were 6 of them working. More than I usually see! So while I waited, I contacted Dominos though the website, the same way I had ordered. They said it was locally owned and they couldn't do anything. No one cares, no one is responsible, send the Terminators already.
