Names

I just noticed that a lot of you that have gotten your Jeeps refer to them as "her" (like ships and such) Is there a reason they should be female??? LOL
I always though they were male (My 2007 was named "Punisher") so I might have to re-think the name of my new Jeep (that just went to scheduled today YEAY) so I follow the right "protocal" LOL

I have seen lots of the Jeep Ladies call them him. Punisher is actually cool. Scott just doesn't roll as well.

Thanks for clearing that up LOL I was getting worried >> So I guess the guys call them "her" and us ladies call then "him" so will have to come up with something cool for the new one and thanks for the compliment on the "Punisher" name

We have both. The bikini pearl "Relentless" is male. The 4xe "Electra" is female. The purple Reign "Wicked" is female. It's just a feeling that I get when driving/riding around in each Jeep that determines which they become.

The rule is very simple:

• If your Jeep does what you want and is allowing you have a good time, it is a him.
• If your Jeep keeps giving you grief and doesn't let you enjoy life, it is a her.

I think calling it either a male/female name is a personal choice, I have never named my vehicles but my brother names all of them. Our 17 gti is Otto and the 01 ram is Horace. We plan to purchase a 23 punk'n jlr and that with be called Ichigo.

Reepers, just like it says by the bottom of the door.
We never really call it a him/her, just "Reepers" or "it". I guess my Jeep is nonbinary.
