MYTop

Hello,

Does anyone have a MyTop in a color other than black? I’m trying to decide if I want Titanium, Gun Metal, or Silver Bullet. They sent color samples of each, but I’ve never seen them on a Jeep. I have no clue why their website doesn’t have available images considering Jeeps and the MyTop have so many color options. I’ve even contacted them to ask about a feature where you can select your Jeep and view it with their tops. They said they used to, but it slowed down the site. Again, this is where pictures would come in handy.

I would not install a MyTop in any color... Would not install a MyTop (any color) if you gave it to me for free... MyTop has issues.... is a sorry offering to say the least so....

I’m sorry to hear that, especially since they raised the price last month. I definitely do not like what I’ve heard about their customer service, but I’ve read great things as well. I’m not in a rush. Just shopping around… Maybe they’ll make some improvements.

What is wrong with your top? Any idea how much it’ll cost to fix?

I’ve watched videos on how to take down a soft top. You have to secure it with straps. How do you secure the MyTop?

I read that thread before I posted this. ?. I was hoping for pictures. I believe that same person warned me about MyTop a few weeks agoin a fb group. It’s terrible what they’re going through. However, there are always going to be instances like that with any company. I’d go with another top, but no one out there has a push button convertible. I’ve looked into Bestop. They don’t compare.

MYTOP is known to be problematic offering,...with poor Customer Service, is over priced, etc...

There are many many posts on the internet (Facebook, Internet forums, etc.) from many different MYTOP owner's with most all saying the same thing..... Issues with their MYTOP.. and issues not being dealt with my MYTOP the company.

Why would anyone that has done their homework so to speak want to by a MYTOP.
The MYTOP should be avoided... and I'm not the only one that is saying that.

Careful of anyone sending you pictures. They had a large guerrilla marketing campaign on here with a lot of fake members posting about how great it was. I’d listen to @Rhinebeck01 and avoid the company.

To answer your question, I’ve done my homework on a number of things Jeep and not Jeep related. I’ve heard negative things about the product or service, yet things worked out. If I listened to negative feedback all the time I wouldn’t own a Wrangler right now.

I appreciate your time. It’s still not completely off my mod list, but it has definitely been moved to the bottom.
