Mystery bracket? Help

I've been cleaning out the garage and came across two of these brackets and for the life of me, I cannot remember what they were for.

Does anyone recognize it?

Wow, you're correct. I could not figure it out. I mounted the mirrors to the tube doors. Thank you, this was driving me nuts.
