Can anyone help me identify this mystery (to me) part under my Drivers seat?

Had my drivers seat out today to do some work and noticed this under my seat, (see pics) some sort of liquid filled bladder, googled what i believe is the part number, 68403129AA and couldn't find anything other than a ebay add for what they are calling a heated seat sensor module. See link below. doesn't sound right to me, I am thinking it is a pressure module, figure someone hear may have the definitive answer.

I would guess its the pressure sensing assembly for the seatbelt and airbag, however its odd there arent any threads or questions easily found about that.
