Yes, go back to your dealer and fight it for sure.

If you don't have it, buy it, if you have to. It's less than $250 online 2019 Jeep Wrangler Parts - MoparPartsGiant.com

Regardless, when something changes that fast, I look for broken parts or loose fasteners. Recommend you run around your steering system with some wrenches and tighten things, starting with the tierod ends and draglink.
Thanks for the link. I changed the vehicle to the 2020 2.0 & the price went up to $560! Everything under the front end it tight. After my son waked up, I'll have him move the steering back & forth and look around.

I see Extreme Terrain has the RPM steering on sale right now. Might bite the bullet and get that today.

I'd be wary with extreme terrain, they've been known to take months to ship. I'm sure they drop ship from RPM. I'd def call them first to ensure shipping times/parts etc. I use Northridge 4x4 pretty exclusively for parts due to their super fast shipping and fantastic customer service. Not saying you shouldn't use them (I think they're a sponsor on this site) but I'd def call first.

Have you tried looking at your Jeep to see if you actually need these parts?

Everything seems to be tight, as far as torque goes. I honestly don't know what I'd see if they were going bad.

Have someone shake the steering wheel back and forth about 20 degrees and take a look at the rod end joints. Slack in the ball end that is permanently built into the housing is bad. Movement of the rod around the ball is normal. Some techs are idiots and will grab a tie rod, be able to move it, and call it bad.

Your problem sounds like a steering stabilizer that failed, but you very well may have a little slack in some joints.

for a tie rod end to cause what you’re describing it would have to suddenly blow the entire nylon bushing apart and spit it out all at once. The kind of thing that just doesn’t happen.

Thanks!! I think I forgot to mention that I have the Falcon 2.2 stabilizer on there. About a year old.

A couple of rock hits off-road and my falcons bracket sheared.. I've since moved it up to the tierod with their kit. May want to check the axle side bracket integrity.
