Call me crazy but I want to add a horn in that I can choose a few different songs in. Mainly an ice cream truck song, la cucaracha, maybe the rocky song.
This is a very hard thing to google! Lol obviously it needs to be weather proof because I off road. All I can seem to find is Wolo products but they don’t have the selection of songs I like and quite frankly don’t sound great on the demos. Any suggestions?

I personally went with a dixie horn (5 plastic horns) from Amazon for $60. If you want a multitude of horn sounds, you're going to have to go with a single speaker version.

I can tell you for sure, mounting under your Jeep will provide the loudest sounds, because it allows the sound to bounce around and echo before coming out for others to hear. I mounted mine on the grill area to begin with and it was really loud, the Dixie horn, but now that it's underneath my Wrangler in the trunk area where the cargo tub used to be before I removed it, it's super loud!

Your options for a speaker with musical sounds is definitely going to be very limited. Honestly your best bet would be to look for one that has an area where you can upload your own sounds, or you might just have to get a speaker and jury-rig your own soundboard to it.

I'm flying back to Texas from London in another hour or two so I might not be able to look up too much ideas for you until I get back to Texas, but for sure I will try and find you a speaker and maybe a sound board option where you can load up your own stuff. Shouldn't be too difficult.

Honestly if I had to recommend any speaker right off the bat, I would shoot for one of the police sirens. They have a very specific look to them, though there are a bunch of different brands, they tend to be very loud and would probably be a good starting point for a customized setup. Though I wouldn't recommend buying anything just yet until you get the whole plan worked out, but I would suspect a system like these below would provide you with the wiring and the speaker and any extra parts needed short of the soundboard itself.

@HeavyMetalFox

Well that was nice and easy.

Here you go, everything you need to know including building and installing the .wav files, rigging it to your vehicle, and all of the parts are linked in the description.

I'm not normally one for computers and or computer programming, but this honestly looks like a pretty simple straightforward and easy project. Honestly it looks like a pretty fun project if you ask me. And I'm definitely not one who shies away from complicated projects.

Doesn't seem super loud, but guess it would be fun to load it up with some La Cucaracha, a couple game calls and maybe Dixie for when Rosco P. Coltrane is on your tail and you're coming up fast on a steep embankment.

?
I thought the exact same thing from internet videos but hearing it in person is surprisingly loud. I was trying to downgrade my loudness from Jeeps F.U horn, but this comes pretty close

Now we know what the speaker mounted to the frame on this Jeep was for. :)
