Took the new JLU with the just over 500 miles I put on the odometer on her 1st road trip. 408 miles round-trip from PA to Harpers Ferry...finished with 29.2 MPG average...the little turbo that could!! And the pep in the step on the interstate was noticeable compared to the V6 JKU I had before.

I get 15 mpg with my MT 3.6. But in 3rd and fourth so much power I can't resist. Then at 6th at 2250 rpm she just goes when you want to.

I've got 2021 JLUR with MT Falcon Wildpeaks. So far 1100 (500 are mine) miles and total average of 16.2MPG.

i used to get like 28 freeway on my sport 2D JL stock. Now with a rubi suspension,33 M/T, winch and metal bumpers I dont even look at my MPGs šŸ˜‚. i think last time I looked it was around 20~22 freeway which is pretty decent. But city it is like 16.

New JLU owner, just did a 500 roundtrip road trip, NY to Boston. Was surprised to see I was getting 20mpg. Helps that it was all highways.

Last decent road trip with my JLURD got 31.6

Round trip from Culpeper Va to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge. The trip photo also includes a couple of days of red light hell driving in the area, and running out to Wears Valley and Cades Cove a few times.

By no means was I feathering the throttle, drafting behind tractor trailers, or counting on a constant tail wind as I was driving in the hills of Appalachia.

MPG on my Sahara V6 with Selec-Trac has fallen dramatically since I mounted 35s on it and recalibrated the speedometer.

I took the Jeep on the freeway for the first time in a long time: the transmission didnā€™t get into 8th speed once, even at 75 MPH. It hovered between 3rd and 6th gears most of the time.

I havenā€™t checked, but my guess is I must be averaging around 15-16 MPG, judging by how fast my fuel tank empties these days. Thatā€™s roughly the same I was getting on my JKs on 35s.

I can only imagine the horrid fuel economy Iā€™d be getting if it had the XR package with 35s and 4.88 gearing.

I connected the Tazer mini to my wrangler and found that the system is listing the tire size as 33.2", but I have physically measured it to be exactly 32" (several times I remeasured).
Think I should set it to 32"?
