Moving Over Contacts (iPhone)

My contacts do not move over. I'm connected via Bluetooth, and CarPlay (iPhoneX) ... but unable to move over any of my contacts to the phone app on uConnect? Anyone else having this issue, or know how to resolve?

Received this answer from another member and it worked.

I just joined the forum; we picked up our JL today from the dealership. I tried to reply to your posts about having an issue syncing contacts, but it say I don’t have sufficient privileges to post. I was having the same issue syncing contacts from an iPhone 6s. The only way I got it to work is to go into bluetooth on the phone and hit the “i” next to the bluetooth for the Jeep uconnect, make sure sync contacts is checked, then select “disconnect”, go back out to the main bluetooth screen again and touch the jeep uconnect from the list to reconnect to bluetooth. When the phone reconnected all of the contacts synced.
