iPhone pairing

New Jeep - tiring to pair iPhone. I follow the pairing instructions and get a message on the phone saying pairing is not successful. I know the Bluetooth on the phone works (use iPods everyday). I know that the Jeep is producing signal - I see uconnect on iPhone. Any suggestions?

reset your network setting under settings-general-scroll to the bottom and pick reset then Reset network settings it will reset your bluetooth and you will have to re connect to any wifi you have connected to like home but this will rest your Bluetooth

I'd go to Airplane mode or at the very least turn bluetooth off then on again from the iPhone then try again. Resetting all your settings seems a bit drastic. Ahead of a full reset I would simply reboot the phone. You can do that easily by turning the phone off, give it time to shut down then turn it back on. You should be good after that.

Your not resetting all your settings just the network stuff believe me I know what Im talking about 
