PS - I did get a follow up call from the folks at Jeep today.

Final update: got a text saying the Jeep was fixed. The said the wiring was chewed or skinned. They didn’t take photos, but fixed it at no cost to me - no deliberation of me paying at all. It’s been in a garage with no pests for the couple of weeks I’ve had the Jeep. Not sure how it was...

Update: I’ve called my dealer x4 sine the Jeep was delivered to the on Tuesday am. In that time I have spoken with my service advisor once on Tuesday afternoon. He asked that I send the videos. He acted like nothing was wrong with the vehicle when received. I have not been able to get him by...

My Jeep is brand new and one side had two of the same clips.

Update: still no direction. To be fair I don’t have much time to follow up during the day, but haven’t heard from Jeep other than PM’s with Jeep cares on here (very responsive). The service rep hasn’t followed up yet. The Jeep arrived at the dealership on Tuesday AM.

update: service guy was nice. Sent them videos and waiting to hear the problem. Will provide updates for those interested.

Tow truck picked it up - couldn’t get it to stop running. Rear wheels locked up. What a fiasco. Took videos / photos - will post all. I will be curious to see what Jeep says. How do I tag Jeep on this site? @JeepCares

Driving my brand new Sahara to dinner and the dash lights up with every warning available. It’s sitting in a parking lot running, won’t shift and won’t shut off. Windshield wipers going and lights on...roadside assistance 1.5 hour away...not a Jeep fan at all right now. anyone else have this...

New Jeep - tiring to pair iPhone. I follow the pairing instructions and get a message on the phone saying pairing is not successful. I know the Bluetooth on the phone works (use iPods everyday). I know that the Jeep is producing signal - I see uconnect on iPhone. Any suggestions? Thanks!
