I didn't know if this belongs in axles or suspensions, but I'm starting here.
I'm working on a JLU build swapping on 05+ Super Duty 60 tons to replace a snapped Rubicon Dana 44 front (and rear). Planning to use the Artec truss kit..
I already had/have the Rock Krawler 4.5" coilovers on the front and would like to keep them, especially since after mods for the coilover towers, going back to shocks and coils isn't really an option.
The problem is lower mounts for the coilovers on the short side of the SD 60 front axle. RK says they don't have any bracket options due to the limited space on that side that also needs to be shared with a control arm bracket.
Surely someone on the forum has found or fabbed brackets to run coilovers on the most common junkyard tons out there, right?
