Installed the Mopar light brackets with some KC Led lights today. I can tell you the Green thicker aux wire is aux 2.

There is a ground lug convenient to the aux wires too.

Nice work. Does it matter what switch they go on? (15amp or the 40)

I went ahead and put them on one of the 40 amp switches, They are LED so the 15 probably would have been fine, but I don't think I'm adding any hi amp accessories, so just used the bigger switch.

Mixed feelings about the looks of the Mopar brackets. Maybe they should have color matched to blend/hide the bulky appearance away.

I agree, looks fine on the black but any of the lighter colors it’s gonna stick out like crazy. I assume with those brackets it’s going to prevent you from putting the windshield down

I doubt they will ever fold.... hate to say it but the “folding” windscreen is a novelty at this point. They had a purpose in/for the War.

I think Artec is on to something with their design if they can design a more “traditional” bracket Instead of the cube specific design. Squares make great rock lights on the undercarriage, but aesthetically (to me) they are out of place against the round headlamps on a Jeep when placed near the pillars. Rounds just make more sense to me.

Is there any way they can be aimed to the side of the vehicle instead of straight ahead? Doesn't look like it.

Yea, the lights can swivel, I just set them straight. The mounting brackets don’t have adjustments though.

I like those lights and mounts, but it interferes with what I think will be one of my favorite features of the JL: The folding windshield. Btw, I've heard those Mopar lights are REALLY bright.

looks like you could utilize the mounting holes on the side and still fold the windshield. not sure how that would look though.

I want to mount an antenna for a county fire department radio. I can't find a simple bracket to do this as the bolt pattern changed from the JK to the JL. Would this bracket be high enough to get the wire under it and out to the car? Look too clunky?

Actually saw someone do that. Didn't look bad. Wish I had screenshotted it.

Has anybody found a path through the firewall for the antenna wire?
