Actually they are pretty easy.....if you read them correctly. Pull off grill. Remove trim piece. Enlarge holes with drill bit. Put in and tighten down the anchors. Mount brackets and screw in. Modify trim piece by cutting out 2 holes or throw away. Put grill back on.

I added that part about reading them correctly because I did not and took be awhile to figure out how to set the anchors.
