I come to notice that the dealer (who installed the Mopar lift) put the front springs on the wrong sides - 065AA is on the passenger and 067AA is on the driver. Does this matter or are they exactly the same? The issue is I would have to drive it back (which is not close at all) and have them swap them. The Manual seems to specify passenger vs driver but are they technically any different?

Is anyone here a Mopar tech that would have the actual technical answer rather than just speculation?

This is super annoying as it is brand new!

THANKS!

The longer spring goes on the passenger side. They are side specific. Is the Jeep leaning to the passenger side? The only safe way to tell is to lay them side by side. There’s been some on here that found the instructions to be wrong in some cases.

Well I have the manual that lists which side is which and the dealer kept the tags on the springs so I can literally see the part numbers and they are swapped vs the manual...

Measure from top of your tire to the line on the fender on both sides and see if it’s off. There was another member on here that found the instructions were wrong in his case . When I install these kits, I measure the springs and install the longer one on the passenger side.

Its sad how poor the mechanics are becoming at these dealers. Should be the one place you could take your vehicle and be confident that they know what they are doing. I know there are some great ones out there but seems they are becoming fewer and fewer.

If your Jeep isn’t leaning, I wouldn’t sweat it to much. Certainly not the right way to do things but until you have some time to burn and have them do it right it won’t hurt anything
