So I've got some lights coming, and I'm looking forward to what should be the ease of install. I was looking under the hood to preplan where to run wires, attach the ground, where the cables terminate from the aux switches, etc. In doing so, it looks like there is a ground, that is IMO ideal (right by the aux wires and battery), but there isn't a nut on it to secure them. Can anyone tell me what the thread is on this bolt so I can buy a nut? I've tried searching, but my google-fu has let me down.

The body matched nut to the right of that holds that down. That seems like an accessory post that you can add a nut to. Mine also doesn't have a nut there, but its just a second post coming off the already mounted ground strap.

Digging up the dead but this just helped me. I ended up using that painted nut as the ground for my new KC slims. It's not painted underneath so it works but that stud was what I planned to use until I realized that I didn't have a nut. It being late Sunday, and having my air box out to run the wires underneath, forced me to use the smaller painted nut. Now I know the nut size that I need for the next electrical project.
BTW, I have the etorque and there is no grounding strap there ony '22 JLU.
