Mirrors for going w/o doors?

I know this topic has been addressed. Done some searching. Seems the CMM get best reviews but are they really heads and tails above the competition? Currently $285 on sale. Ugh. Any other suggestions before I take another bath?

I been putting off spending the money.. I originally got some cheap hinge mirrors but didn't like them.. at some point I'll spend the money for these.. but last summer and this summer been just running without them. I know it's not legal but cops haven't messed with me yet.. and I have been right next to them often

These are what I’m running. Install and done. They stay on with the doors on. No metal on painted surfaces like the kikbax ones

I have the Lange originals - coyote mirrors. $125. Very pleased.

I have these as well, zero bouncing/moving even at highway speeds.

I think some don’t like the semi permanent holder on the Jeep, but I don’t mind it at all. Really happy with the Lange Coyote mirrors.

+1 for Campsite Carbon quick release mirrors. Super easy to use with the push button, they slide in and out in their mounts so they're always ready. Slide them in when your doors go back on and they double as a blind spot mirror. Good luck with the search!

I’ve got CMM mirrors. They are pricey, but rock solid. You get what you pay for. I follow the buy once, cry once motto, whenever I can.

I went with CMM…. Very well built, and high quality, yeah they’re a little pricey, but I wanted them, so the price was a moot point….whatever you decide on, you have to add the foot pegs, chicks dig it…?…..

I have the Mopar doors off mirrors. Love them other than it takes me about 5min or so to get them on or off.

Another vote for the CMM mirrors. I love mine and added the ball mounts for my phone. The people there are amazing and super helpful. They swapped my 1" balls out for some 20mm ones when I saw them at Jeep Beach and were awesome to talk to.

I typically go OEM as i prefer the look, fit and function the best but for the doors-off, I prefer the minimalistic CMM mirrors.

Just put my CMM on this weekend, they are a great product. Probably overkill, but well worth the money when you look at the competition.

Another vote for CMM. Don't bother buying the "anti-theft" ends. Anyone with a pair of pliers, or someone with a strong grip can unscrew those.
