Military Spec JLU- J8

I always thought that the military spec JK (J8) was interesting, even though it was a ton more expensive. I don't know who used them besides Israel though.

Is there a new J8 that looks like the JLU that civilians can buy? What axles is it using?

The Egyptians have Jeeps, can't remember if they're based off the JK though, pretty sure it is. I was wanting to snap a picture of the one they had escorting us back in 21. Didn't risk it though. These guys in this region are kinda weird about photography.
