Months ago I installed a Metalcloak 2.5” lift with upper control arms front and rear. Lower arms are still stock. I’ve wheeled around Moab and I’m just back from the Rubicon and it’s been performing great. I wouldn’t touch it, but I won a raffle for a full set of Metalcloak upper and lower arms.

What should I gain by adding the lower arms? More flex from better joints? Durability? I’m looking for motivation to fix something that’s not broken!

The gold color looks kewl.

Yeah, durability and maybe a little flex at the extremes. The stock bushings are captive compared to the MCs that can rotate.

Essentially going from a MC dual rate lift to a MC game changer…it will flex easier therefore better…… once you get out there with the new arms you’ll see what I mean….

Get the kit, sell it, buy lcas and pocket the extra money. Don't have much experience with jeep suspension but do with trucks and sports cars. Everything mentioned above plus the added benefit of being able to "fine tune" the suspension.

Oh, and MC arms take a bigger beating. I put a pretty good dent in the Mopar LCAs before the swap
