I finally got my game changer 2.5 springs and started the install tonite on my 2-dr sport. Eventually plan to run 315/70/17 Patagonias. I'll probably do the forklift flex test but how many pucks should i start with?

depends on length of your shocks but I’d start with 3, my rk pucks are easily removed or added through the coil springs.
