So far I’ve been ok. I’m going to tackle both trails Saturday regardless. If I break down, I break down, I’m no stranger to hiking 20 miles with gear, and I always go prepared for the worst.

Ha same. I'd be up for giving it a try though knowing I could bail if I wanted to. I bailed my first time on Gold Mountain and feel fine about it. I wasn't ready back then. My feeling is if you're gonna smash 50k against a rock you sure as hell should be mentally ready for it.hehe. I want the BOH but not sure If the rigs ready for that... ok ok i lie. I am not sure if my skills are ready :D
