Hi. My wife and I are planning to do a BoH run with Holcomb Creek and/or maybe Gold Mountain near Big Bear this Friday, 9/30.

That's a fun easy trail. We like to stop and park in the forest area right after the log cabin.

Which one, Holcomb Creek?
Yes. I typically start it near the visitors center and end up coming out near the dump Its a very easy trail. At least it is when dry. The first half is mostly dirt and the 2nd half is mostly gravel. Lots of places to pull over and kick it.

Jeep Creek Trail on the other hand is much more intimidating. I took my Raptor on that trail once. Big mistake. It was way too big that for.

Holcomb valley is the main fire road, holcomb creek is the difficult rated trail

Oh damn I bet! Sometimes I feel like my 4 door is too big for some of the trails I’ve done.

Mia the visitor center at the Fawnskin side or the Green Valley Lake side?
