M.O.R.E Hide a Step Ordering Question

I've heard good things about M.O.R.E., so I ordered a set of the Hide-a-Steps on the 17th. Couple days after that, I reached out by email with a basic question but never received a response. Last week, I reached out through their website messaging but didnt receive a response. This morning, I messaged them on their linked facebook page and am waiting for a response. As of today, the order is still showing "unfullfilled". From everything Ive seen, this company always has good reviews and ratings. Is there something I'm missing? Thanks for any help/insight.

I ordered mine from mountain off road. Love them but they tend to stick unless you keep them lubed

2 years and 24000 miles on mine. no stick yet but I can see a shot of break free or similar would be a good idea.
