After waiting 10 weeks without any response from several emails I sent to LUX I finally heard from them. They emailed me only after I informed them I had left less than positive comments about LUX on two different popular forums. They informed me they were "going to pull my order it looks like we have everything to fulfill it and we should be able to get that out in the next few days". Then after a few days they emailed me again to tell me they would honor my charge back and they did refund my credit card charge.@Burtv
What's the verdict here?
So what is the verdict? I have read through this post that the conclusive news is good and bad, good customer service and bad.
So I say Caveat Emptor or buyer beware!
I still like their lights and believe them to be a good product. I hope LUX takes their customer service more seriously and wish them the best of luck. They're a small company and hope they survive and are successful.
