Lug nuts the same?

I use my ex-JK wheels in the winter. You cannot use JK lug nuts, I use my JL lug nuts.

As for the spare tire lug nuts, do not over tight them otherwise you will crack the plastic carrier. The user manual torque specifications are below.

Yes, JK wheels will fit

Should be ok, keep in mind the spare is only torqued down to about 60 ft lbs IIRC. All you should have to do is remove the center cap in your old wheel and put it on, that little plastic cover over the camera comes off if you need more room as well.
