The only was that you can track your order is via your dealer. Jeep Care does not support Canadian customers. Good luck with your order.

I disconnected the battery for more than an hour…. It did not fix the issue… It’s the same !

On my 2024 4XE, the Cluster, Shifter & 4XE Mode Switches are only staying On when I’m charging. When I disconnect the charging cable, they all go off after a few minutes. They also turn off once the battery is fully charged. I’m charging on 110 Volts…. I don’t like to have then staying on...

I recently had the same issue and others with the driver door… I found that I had broken wires in the cable. I originally made my splices between the two hooks and my connections broke with time…. I re-did them and made my splices beyond the two hooks. Good Luck !

I just had the same issue… The batteries tested good… they suspected the stater…. when they disconnected the stater cable, they noticed that the connector was corroded…. They cleaned it and it’s all Ok !

Don’t worry although I have the YOY, I’m still paying more than I should… At the end I’m getting a Rubicon that is costing me more than an Rubicon X… and on top of that I won’t have the leather interior nor the painted fenders that I wanted !!
