I have a 2021 JLUR with a 2" Mopar Lift and 37" tires. I am changing the upper and lower control arms to Core 4X4 T3. I asked Core 4X4 for some estimated numbers to get close to 6 degrees of castor for my vehicle and they suggested 24.25" for the lowers and 20.25" for the uppers. Do these sound right, or at lest close to measure?

Try 20” uppers and 24-3/8” lowers, 24-1/4” are the length of Mopar lift arms, they’re probably going off that. Center to center of connecting bolts.
