Very interesting, I didn't know these things existed. Do you have any recommendations about which one to get, and is there one that will also work for bicycle tires?Might be a good case for buying a small VIAIR compressor of your own.

If someone is filling four 40" tires from 8 psi to 30 psi every week I would recommend a compressor with higher CFM. But for your case I think a small compact VIAIR would work well. I suggested VIAIR because they are durable, reliable, and will work when you need them to. There are several VIAIR models available to chose from. We have a VIAIR 440P that we keep in each of our vehicles that doesn't already have a hard mounted higher output air compressor. They would all work for bicycle tires.Very interesting, I didn't know these things existed. Viairs are definitely solid units. I remember years ago a bunch of my buddies ran Viair onboard compressors. I just had to be different and mount a York 210 under the hood…Now that was some serious airI've been filling my 37s for 3 years with a viair 440p![]()
I would return it and get a bigger one..something like a 400P or at least the 88P. I have had a 400P for 12 or 13 years and have used it more times than I can count. Thanks to you guys I just ordered myself a VIAIR EVC - Every Vehicle Carry™ Rechargeable pocket thingy.
I like the idea of a Ryobi one since my garage is wall to wall Ryobi tools, but this little one can fit in my bike basket in case of emergency.
I canceled it and went for the Ryobi, since I always have at least one charged Ryobi battery lying around. Also, it is currently on sale for $20.I would return it and get a bigger one..something like a 400P or at least the 88P. Funny, that's the only Ryobi product I own...I canceled it and went for the Ryobi, since I always have at least one charged Ryobi battery lying around. Also, it is currently on sale for $20.
