The lady asked a general question and some of you just couldn't resist being smartasses.
As a smartass I know one when I see one.....
Sorry I’ll be better ☹

Might be a good case for buying a small VIAIR compressor of your own.
Very interesting, I didn't know these things existed. Do you have any recommendations about which one to get, and is there one that will also work for bicycle tires?

If someone is filling four 40" tires from 8 psi to 30 psi every week I would recommend a compressor with higher CFM. But for your case I think a small compact VIAIR would work well. I suggested VIAIR because they are durable, reliable, and will work when you need them to. There are several VIAIR models available to chose from. We have a VIAIR 440P that we keep in each of our vehicles that doesn't already have a hard mounted higher output air compressor. They would all work for bicycle tires.

Another one to think about if you already own some Milwaukee battery tools is their 12v inflator. They are handy for instances such as these, as well as bicycle tires etc. They’re also on sale this time of year as well depending on where you look.

I've been filling my 37s for 3 years with a viair 440p 👍

The more air volume in your tires the more the cold temps will effect the pressure in your tires...
My wife's 33x17s lose 5-6lbs when it gets down to single digits.
I used one of these to top them off just yesterday even though they were low for the last week she just got tired of the error message pinging her every time she started it up...
Jeep Wrangler JL Low tire pressure? ryobi-inflators-pcl001k1-64_1000

FWIW- the 35 x 17s on my Powerwagon lose 10-12 lbs when the temps fall...

Viairs are definitely solid units. I remember years ago a bunch of my buddies ran Viair onboard compressors. I just had to be different and mount a York 210 under the hood…Now that was some serious air 🤣

Thanks to you guys I just ordered myself a VIAIR EVC - Every Vehicle Carry™ Rechargeable pocket thingy.

I like the idea of a Ryobi one since my garage is wall to wall Ryobi tools, but this little one can fit in my bike basket in case of emergency.

I would return it and get a bigger one..something like a 400P or at least the 88P. I have had a 400P for 12 or 13 years and have used it more times than I can count.

I canceled it and went for the Ryobi, since I always have at least one charged Ryobi battery lying around. Also, it is currently on sale for $20.

Funny, that's the only Ryobi product I own...
But Porter Cable didn't make one...

I was able to add 5-6 lbs to all 5 tires ( don't forget your spare) and still had over half the battery charge left.
My PowerWagon requires a lot more air per tire though.
I only get 2 tires topped off per charge...
