I hope you are being given the correct information from Uconnect Customer Care . My problems have just escalated from a blue screen to total system failure over the last three (3) years.I just got a call from Uconnect Customer Care who said the 4xe has a known issue with its backup camera guidelines and that a software update (either OTA or USB, not sure yet) is expected to be released by the end of June. I will provide an update if/when it gets released or I get more info.
I was told something similar 3 years ago from Uconnect Customer Care. Yet here I am today with five (5) videos of escalating Uconnect failure and no resolution from Uconnect Customer Care. Keep in mind the failures occur so often I was able to capture them on video. I now drive my jeep with my Apple AirPods Pro.
Basically LIP SERVICE.....
