Aftermarket front camera with grid guide lines ?

Has any added a front camera to the grill like the Z Automotive one but one that has grid lines or position lines like the rear camera. If so what ones seem to be the best?

I used the Z auto rca adapter to install it, tapped power from the 12v outlet in the dash, it has lines, but since it doesn't tie into the jeep for steering angle, they don't turn. I have found that they do align reasonably well with my tires and with some time to get used to them, good idea of distance from the bumper. The image is not nearly as clear as the HD rear camera or the factory trail cam setups, but thats a limit of the input being used rather than the camera. The camera looked pretty good on a TV before install.

Has anyone added a wireless HD camera to stream to a tablet?

It appears that you can only input SD 480 into the radio.
