I Have a few questions regarding build and price of a new Jeep. If you select steel bumper group building a 2 door Rubicon you have no choice but to accept the Warn Zeon 10S winch but why is the winch option not available with other Rubicons? Why is the OEM steel bumper a $995 option but if you buy the same bumper group after vehicle purchase each bumper is $1200-$1500?

The mysteries of the build and price…

My recommendation is to do the build and price, get everything the way you like it and then go in person to the dealer and go through it and make the order.

when I bought my ‘23, it was a Reign 392. Order only. The sales guys at the dealer were super helpful and explained a lot to me. That is why I recommend going in person. This is a big purchase, you want it just right

Good luck and happy trails

I recently posted a 2 door Rubi X on its way to Idaho. In my opinion, they are giving 2 doors away. Look for the post and if you have questions, ask! Google Peterson Jeep Nampa Idaho. They are advertising a white X 8k below MSRP. I purchased mine at Peterson. They are chocking on everything, especially, 2 door Wranglers.

Absolutely. My dealership is literally just up the street from me and they were fine with me coming in to ask questions. Every time I'd read something about the 4xe I'd go have a sit down with them. When my vehicle came in, my salesman wore a pink tie and one of the other guys I had asked some questions called out, "That's the prettiest Jeep I've ever seen!" It was a great experience. (Shout out to Northpoint CDJR in Derby, VT!)

The Jeep website makes it easy to get things just the way you want, and the factory order doesn't take long. I ordered mine on July 18th and got it on August 27th.

Don't trust what the builder on jeep.com says. It's notoriously out of date / flat out wrong.

Consider talking to some of the dealerships in the spreadsheet in my sig instead.
